Hi!

How much cow's milk should my 13 month be having? She has one bf a day first thing in the morning.

Thanks

A pint sounds about right - when DS was that old (I wasn't BF) he had around 200ml in the morning and again in the evening, I also made sure he hadone portion of dairy a day like yoghurt/cheese. Maybe it would be worth checking with your HV about how much you need to give along with the BF? (as long as you get on with your HV!)

anything between 12-20 ounces is considered ok from 1 year and includes milk in cereal, foods, other dairy products, etc
