Will he take a bottle?

Friends of mine dropped one feed a week but I've heard others say you can drop one feed per 3 days without discomfort

When I took my ds off the boob onto ff, I reduced a breast feed a day or so until he was just having bottles. If I found I had too much milk, I pumped it a little to reduce the pressure/pain on my boobs but not so much that they were completely drained. Can't remember how long it took for the complete transistion but don't think it took that long once I decided to stop.

I gradually dropped a breast feed and introduced a bottle feed. So e.g. the 5pm feed would be bottle for a couple of days or however long you want, then drop another breast feed and make it bottle, and so on. If you take your time over it, it shouldn't be too uncomfortable.
