How did you find it? Did your supply suffer?

TIA X

i breastfed ds2 while doing slimming world and had no problems.
they increase your healthy extras so that you dont go short of calcium.

tut tut Mandymoo that's you told!

Haven't personally (going to be trying the GL diet meself) but good friend of mine has done it - started 6 weeks post birth and it was very successful. I should think you need to alter the 'points' or whatever they use as BF is supposed to use more calories than if you weren't.

im doing SW and BF my 9 month old, my supply doesnt seem to have altered and im never hungry. you have a certain number of extra healthy extra choices depending on the age of your baby, eg more extras when baby is young. im just on one extra now. they reccommend you use it for dairy products but i eat alot of yoghurts in a day so get enough calcium from that so i use it on bread or cereal. the SW consultant at class should be able to advise on whats best but its not really that hard to follow

you dont but i was the only one who had replied and you just put "bump"
im somewhat stressed this evening with teen dd troubles.
