I dont think i can express enough!

I am currently breastfeeding my 19 week old girl. We give her a bottle once or twice a week so that she knows what to do if i am ever out (so far we havent tested it yet as i havent been away from her)
She takes 9oz at her bedtime feed and an hour after bottle feeding her i would express but struggle to get 4-5oz out. This doesnt cause an issue at home as if i get a spare 20mins in an eve i will express and freeze it (usually 2oz or so) so it means we have a stash in the freezer.

In a few weeks however we are visiting my parents (over 3hrs away) for 5 days. We arrive wednesday and i have a full day wedding on the saturday so my parents are looking after her. I know i will need to pump at the wedding to relieve the pressure etc but i am more concerned about my girl. I dont think i will be able to express enough milk in the 3 days before the wedding to make sure they have enough on the saturday. I dont want to take stuff from the freezer as it will probably start to thaw on the journey and so wont keep. I also dont want to be expressing all the time as i only see my family every few months. I am also not sure how much she will take at each feed as i have been breastfeeding. I am baby led too and so there is no feeding schedule. Sometimes she makes it to 3-4hrs but she usually wants a feed every 2.5hrs.
Any advice on what i could do?

I would start expressing now and freeze it, an oz or two at a time. On the journey over wrap it in your warmest coat or a sleeping bag so that it is well insulated, perhaps with an ice-block, and it will stay frozen. Babies won't drink milk that is "off" and it will keep in the freezer or fridge for the time you need it.

Enjoy your wedding.
