Moving frozen stock

I am moving house soon and I got some EBM stored in the freezer. I was thinking of popping it into a fridge bag with some ice blocks to take it across to the freezer in the other house, which is only 5-10 minutes away. Will it be ok?

Yes I'd think that was absolutely fine, set up freezer in new house as an absolute priority so it's freezing ready though
