This is my second bout of thrush the first cleared within a few days with treatment and I fed through it but this time I can't seem to shake it and the pain is far worse.
My nipples are a mess and I have been unable to feed for days and even expressing is becoming too painful. There has been no improvement in the last seven days on:
Daktarin gel
Fluconazole
Airing where possible
Regular disposable pad changes
Hot washing all clothes
Cut out sugar including carbs
So worried that I will not be able to get back to breast feeding the longer this goes on. What else can I do?
