EBF and green poo

Baby has had a cold and been unwell for 10 days. The last four days. We have had green poo and pooing 6/7 times a day rather than the usual 1/2. Very unusual as it's always been yellow previously. Baby is 21 weeks and EBF. I thought maybe a tummy upset? Any ideas?

Think maybe call nhs direct if you're concerned

Both my sons used to get green, frequent poo if they'd been unwell or when they were teething, it basically means milk is moving faster through their digestive system than usual - could be a bug, could be from swallowing gunge from their nose. I'd just keep feeding and keep an eye on it but hopefully it will clear up when the cold clears.
