Taking vreast from the bottle

I have just started expressing and trying to get lo to take it from a bottle now and again. Not having much success. Any tips or advice?

How old is your baby? I had to start expressing at 6wks as I went back to work one day a week. Mine actually took it really well, but only from someone else initially and when I wasn't around to smell! I use Dr Browns bottles as these make the babies work to suck...just like your breast, so I believe it helped to keep baby on the breast. As I now do top ups in the evening with milk I have expressed, she does take the bottle from me.

Dd wouldn't take EMB from a bottle until she was about 6 months old; the couple of times she was fed EBM before then, she lapped it up like a cat from a little cup (the lids from Avent bottles were perfect). Might be worth a try.
