Breastfed baby growth spurts?

Baby is EBF and is 20 weeks and been gaining weight well. Has a stinking cold but is feeding more. Is this a growth spurt? Or to do with the cold? Has 2/3 big wet nappies a day but is drooling like mad. Just wanted to check that all is normal!!

Drooling could be teething?? Dd is only 15wks but has teeth coming through and the dribbling has been awful for weeks!

Drooling could be teething, even if nothing appears for a while there could be movements under the gums.
Feeding more is a good sign with a cold, may help ease a sore throat and flush out the back side of a snotty nose.

And they have growth or development spurts all the time now - all completely normal just have to go with the flow. Keep milk feeding though, don't be tempted to give any baby rice even if well meaning friends suggest you should ("he's starving...").
They need "real" food which is currently milk (bf or ff) - baby rice is the nutritional equivalent of cardboard, it's main purpose is to teach them how to eat solids, it's not really a "food".
