Breast feels sore and bruised

My DD is 11 days old today, had no probs so far, feeding well but woke up today and my breast feels really sore and bruised. I tried a manual pump the other day and it hurt the same boob, so don't know if connected? Not tried since! What do I do?

Anyone?

A bruised feeling boob for me is always an early sign of a blocked duct forming. I find feeding in a couple of different positions on that side (rugby ball as well as normal way) and making sure it gets properly 'emptied' a couple of times stops it in it's tracks.
