Should I be bfing or should I give my LO formula. I've only just realised that it may have affected my milk. I'm panicking that I shouldn't have been feeding him breast milk.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you worried that dust has got into your breast milk? This will not have happened. If there is anything in the smog which you have reacted to then your body will have produced antibodies, which will also be in your milk and give your baby protection.
