I am going back to work on Monday, initially 3 consecutive days a week, and will be away from DS 8 til 4.30. DS is 14wo and has been exclusively BF (less a handful of formula feeds).
Currently he feeds c. 7am, 11, 2, quick snack sometimes at 4.30, big feed 7pm, then usually twice during the night.
I want to be able to BF him whenever I am not at work.
I will be able to hand express and store at work (I am not going to pump). What is my best approach to expressing? When he would normally have a feed so twice, or could I wait until being really full and therefore only once?
