Is it normal? How much water do I need to drink for this not to be a problem?!

If it's you, try upping your water intake and add in some fruit. Ideally you should drink to thirst, no need to be gulping excessive amounts of fluids.

ooh not sure. i had the opposite problem (i guess it relaxed me)
