Lily Pads

Has anyone used these? How do they work if you're breastfeeding while out? With disposable or cloth pads I just tuck them in with the bra but what do you do with a silicone pad?

Bloody useless and ridiculous! Instantly came unstuck and leaked everywhere

I liked them. But lost one during night feeds never to appear again.

V strange. expensive & I didn't realise you're meant to buy a new set each month! I found they leaked & quickly smelled like gone-off cheese (despite washing) - not the miracle answer I was hoping for. :(
