Last few weeks baby has fed every 2.5-3.5 hours during the day and gone for one 5-6 hour gap at night.

Last night she woke up and wanted feeding every 2.5-3 hours and today has wanted feeding every 1.5-2 hours!!! She is 9 and a half weeks so this isn't growth spurt time is it?? What else could be going on? Could she be ill? She has seemed grumpy today but I think that's because she has hardly slept as she keeps feeding.

Although my boobs feel soft she is still getting milk as when I squeeze them they spurt it everywhere (and up until now I have struggled with oversupply). Help??

I BF my DD on demand for about 4 months - she also varied sometimes in her feeds ... but if you're worried, could you ring your Health Visitor or go to a drop in baby clinic to chat things over and get baby weighed? Maybe this would put your mind at rest - if baby's gaining weight well surely no need to worry? Also, perhaps you could you find a Breast Feeding support group? There seemed to be quite a few near us - I went to one at the local hospital once and the BF counsellor was really helpful.
