Planning a weekend away and need to know how much to express and if it will effect my supply?

Just planning a weekend away and wondered how much I would need to express, my baby will be seven months when i go so months away yet but just wondering...

I am going away for two nights- Friday evening to Sunday afternoon so I will need to express all the feeds. I will express whilst away when I would normally feed - would this have a negative effect on my supply or would it be ok for a one off?

I did this for one day and night, and I was fine.
A bit of engorgement-ouch, I couldn't wait til the function was over so I could run up to our hotel room and express!!
I just did it when they felt full IKYWIM !

How often do they feed then anyway?

It depends on you and the baby how much they feed at 7 months!.
By then I was feeding about 4 times a day and night.
Expressing about twice a day would keep you from feeling sore, and then as soon as you get your little one back the supply will build back up if it's needed.
