Sleepy after growth spurt

For the past few nights my three week old has been cluster feeding a lot - barely any sleep plus v windy last night, due to all the gulping I think. Got him weighed today and he'd put on 1 lb 1 oz in 9 days!!

But today he has been really really sleepy, he's woken when I've changed his nappy and then had a feed but other than that has been asleep. Pretty sure he's just saving all his energy to go mad again tonight but is this normal after a lot of growth.

He's my first and I'm clueless!!

Hi I have a 6wk old. He does the same at a growth spurt. He'll cluster feed for a couple of days then sleep a lot during the day but also well at night! I put it down to his brain needing time to digest all the new info! Remember to eat enough! I got in a right pickle because he was cluster feeding because I wasn't eating enough!!
