Expressing routine to increase supply

Hey all,

lo is 6wks and feeding well, however, I a! worried my supply will run out(not sure why, just an anxiety which I know won't help). I want to increase my supply and also bank some expressed milk.

Can anyone suggest a routine? I.e how many times a day, time of day etc. I am usually fullest in the morning but lo loves a long feed then as well?

Also, am I supposed to express from both boobs at a time and if so, will I have enough for the next feed?

Sorry for the ramble. Thanks

Can anyone help with any advice. My 15 w/o ds is ebf and the last couple of weeks have become really tricky. He just will not wait for the letdown and fusses and cries and pulls off. I have to pump for the letdown and then he is fine and feeds contentedly. This is okay at home during the day, but not ideal when out and about and really annoying in the middle of the night. I never had this trouble with my DD. I don't think my letdown is particularly slow, he is just impatient. It's making feedings stressful and I really don't want to give up, but I am losing heart. Has anyone been through this? Is it a phase? Do you have any advice? Thank you.
