When do you no when your baby needs to move up a teat size? My little boy is still on slow flow at 3 months just wondered when you change?

It different with different bottles - closer to nature bottles change at 3 and 6 months.

I found ds was taking smaller feeds, falling asleep during feeds, and feeding more often were signs to go up a size.

we moved ds straight onto size 2 teats as a newborn as he was just being so slow and fussy with the size 1s. he has just started being slow and not finishing feeds again so moved to the size 3s (6m+) at 4 months and he's now finishing 7oz in about 5mins. do you feel your lo is a slow feeder? if so try changing! they might cough a bit at first but soon get used to it!

DS is 4 months and the HV has recommended we move him to 6m+ teats as he's getting tired or fussy before he's getting full. If your little one seems like he's finishing less it may be worth trying.
