How do you know when to move to next test size?

My baby is almost 3 months, how do you know when to move up? Any tips?

Falling asleep halfway through a feed or getting bored & then hungry again quickly.

You can always try and see. If it's too fast you'll know.

Taking ages to drink a bottle (cos the teat is too slow). At 3mo your LO should probably be drinking a big bottle in about 10 mins, maybe 15 mins with a break in the middle to wind. If it's taking longer than this, try a faster teat.

If your baby is annoyed by wanting milk faster, try a teat with more holes. If happy, leave it. Ds was using newborn teats age 2...
