How long can you keep ready mixed formula in the fridge after its opened?

I buy this for my ebf baby's cereal. The little bottles would probably do three breakfasts but the bottle says only keep for 24h in fridge after opening. This seems a bit ott. Any thoughts?

if your lo is over 6 months then you can use full fat cows milk for cereal. If the carton says 24 hours then i would go by that guidance.
