Is Fenugreek worth a try? (re expressing)

Hi folks

DS is 10 weeks old and I find when I express I don't get much more than 1.5oz per breast - is it worth trying fenugreek to up the supply and are there risks associated with it? And can you get it in Tesco?

Thanks

Never was much good with expressing so can't be much help. Hopefully this will bump for you.

You could always try one of the Bfing Helplines too Smile

I found fenugreek helped with supply, but I have always struggled to express. I can't seem to let down for a pump Hmm

You can buy it at holland and Barrett (£10 for a tiny bottle!) and I'm sure online too, but I haven't experience of that.

IMO if you've got a happy, weight gaining, wet/dirty nappy producing lo, then your supply is fine. It's not you, it's pumping that's not working as desired
