Engorgement how to get over it

Pot day my milk has come in and my breasts are huge. One in particular is very hard. It also felt very hot and painful . I have hand expressed some milk, also had a warm shower, and baby has gone it twice. However she sucks for ages and then comes off she still roots around, which makes think she is isn't getting any milk off it as it's still engorged. I am worried she isn't getting enough milk. How can I deal with this

She is 5 days old. The no of dirty nappies has gone down but still having lots of wet nappies

I do offer both sides. Tonight she is ravenous. Will not let go. Been feeding off and on all nght

Thanks painty fingers. Have got over the engorgement in the left breast I think. But baby still prefers the other side. Tbh I would too if I were her as milk comes out so easily on the right side but she really has to struggle on the left.
