Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep machine

Hi just wondered if anyone has tried one of these. I'm expecting dc2 in a few weeks. Breastfed dc1, but now have some health issues and will probably need to start medication after delivery. As a result I am probably not going to be able to breastfeed this time.
The idea seems to be to produce a sterile feed without having to cool it down each time. Have seen some good reviews but interested if any mumsnetters have found it helpful.
Thanks

I put the powder in the bottle first as i found it stuck to the spoon with the steam. It works fine this way x

Cool...I did wonder if the powder would go everywhere...just seems easier to put the powder in first...

I put the powder in first.

This machine has in no small way saved my sanity. As someone else said, it is worth every penny.

Also, if the prep machine gets to the end of it's two minutes without you doing tue cold water, as long as it is pretty much straight away, i just run another cycle with the hot shot going into a spare container and put the cold bit into the formula. First time i did a feed with the prep machine i missed the 2 minutes as and threw away the start of the feed and started again then realised that was a bit silly! X

Love ours. We were so lucky - I paid £47 on amazon for ours. Turns out it was a Black Friday deal only available that day. I love knowing that I can quickly make a feed and it's safe too. Thank you to whoever suggested putting the powder in first - just said this to dh who said why didn't I think of that, such a good idea. Also, if you live near the tommee tippee factory in cramlington, they sell it usually at the same price or less than amazon.

I love my one, really is worth the 79.99 I paid at babies r us. The instructions are to put the boiling hot shot first then the powder so that's what I do, yes the scoop gets steamed up and formula sticks so I measure out my formula into a small tommee tippee formula pot and pour in really quick. So easy this way!!
