Weaning 13mth old off bottles

My 13 mth old still has three 7oz bottles of milk a day, one before breakfast, one after lunch and one just before bed. She's eating a good diet with snacks in addition and will have water from a sippy cup. Should I start cutting back on her milk consumption? She normally has either formula or full fat cow's milk. When should I start persuading her to drink from a cup instead of a bottle?

I woukd start by offering a cup of milk in place of 1 of the feeds. They only need 300mls of milk from age 1 so it won't matter if she doesn't take much from the cup to start with
