teeth and bf

Can extended BF damage lo's teeth. My 2 year ols has perfect teeth apart from the 2 middle bottom ones that are turnings inwards in a V shape.
Anyone else have this?

Seems unlikely, it's not like the breast is rigid and can force the teeth to move

Does your LO suck their thumb?

No thumb sucking, it does seem to only be the two bottom teeth so I can't see any other cause.

Maybe that's just how they have grown?
A friend's LO has wonky bottom teeth - he's 18 mths
