How long should I dreamfeed for? (Ebf)

Dc2 is 5 months. Goes to bed 6.30am, I dreamfeed at around 10.30-11pm, he then wakes for a feed himself at 3-4amish and wakes for the day at 6-6.30am.

If I don't dreamfeed I feel uncomfortably full. How long shall I do this for?

What would happen to your baby's awakenings if you didn't dream feed? Can you pump it out one day instead of offering feed just to see what happens?

I' haven't tried not dreamfeeding so not sure what would happen to the wakings.

If I pumped, wouldn't that be more hassle/time consuming than just dream feeding?

I've read that you should dreamfeed until solids are established.

DD is 23w. She gets a dreamfeed between 10 and 10:30 and then usually feeds again at 0230 and gets up at 0630.

There's a couple of times I've not given a dreamfeed and she'll usually feed between 11 and 1 then again before morning.
