My dd is nearly 4 months old I have combination fed from4 weeks I'm using cow and gate she only takes about 2 1/2 oz every 3 hrs which I don't mind but she doesn't seem to like it and I'm thinking of swapping to aptamil I know they are made by the same company and are almost the same but thought she might like the taste more as it's men't to be more like breastmilk can I just swap straight over??
