How & when do babies drop the late evening feed? (FF)

DS is 18weeks, he takes a late evening feed anywhere between 9.30-10. Just wondering when other LO's dropped the late feed and how did they do it? Is this months off yet? Not wanting to rush him to drop it just curious about the how & when Smile

My dd is 12 weeks and dropped it about a week ago. She has her last feed about 7pm and one night feed about 4am.

Just goes to show all babies are different and he will drop it when he's ready Smile

My dd had a late feed at about 10.30 til around 9 months. She went to bed at 7pm so we did it as a dream feed. She slept from that feed til around 7am and we were so grateful for her sleeping through the night that we didn't want to jeopardise it by stopping the late feed too early. Also wanted to make sure she was well established on solid food during the day.
She coped fine when the late feed was stopped (I think we did it gradually by reducing the amount) and it didn't really affect her night time sleep.

He doesn't take a feed through the night anymore so I guess the late feed is necessary for another while yet. Like you say he'll drop it when he's ready, longing for my evenings back Grin

My 18 weeker does 7-11-3-6.

No sign of any feeds being dropped :(
