23 week old refusing one breast!?

Ds2 has decided to refuse my right breast every feed today...this is usually the favourite, any ideas why!?

Ear infection so it hurts sucking more on one side than the other?

Can you try feeding him rugby ball style on the right, so he is always in the same position, no matter which breast he's feeding from - i had to do this with my dd for a while (the same one who had the ear infection...).
