Bleeding/Period during Breastfeeding (t.m.i.)

I've been exclusively bf for 3 months and feeding every 1-4 hours. After reading some books I assumed this would delay my period. My post-birth bleeding stopped about 2 weeks after birth. Then a month later I had what I thought was a period. Since then I've had a small dischargey at about another month later then another very small bleed today. Are these sporadic bleeds normal. Would it be advisable to see the doctor? I would be surprised if I've ovulated as I've been bf so much but maybe I have, just worried these small bleeds are cause for concern...

I have a 10 months old who was also exclusively bf until 6 months. Personally, mine returned to a normal 4 week cycle, sometimes 5 weeks if fed a lot but had nothing apart from that but it's unusual to get back into a routine like that as random bleeding is very normal. I wouldn't be worried but as a new mummy, put your mind at ease and see gp anyway xx
