Formula feeding when out & about

I'm really confused as to how you make formula bottles when out.
I was told to boil the kettle etc then put the water in the bottles and then put the formula in a little container which I get but then when you're out the water would have gone cold so then when you add the formula the water isn't going to be hot enough to kill the bacteria if that makes sense?

So im not sure what to do or how to do it

This thread from the other day asked the same question. Consensus was that cartons and sterilised bottles are the easiest solution.

I ised to.make the bottles with hot water, four at a time, chill and refridgerate. When going out, id take a premade bottle out and serves as-is when needed. Usually would go out straight after a feed, and dd fed three hourly, so one feed out and about meant I could be out for six hours. Not that I ever was lazy cow
