Tommee Tippee Bottles - Faulty and blaming Milton Sterilising Liquid

Bought the bottles a little over 4 months ago,and the numbers wore off after about 2 1/2 - 3 months. I use a liquid steriliser.
So I had to buy some more bottles.
I rang their customer careline to complain, and they blamed Milton Sterilising Liquid saying its too strong?? They said they'd ring back so I could get a refund, and when I rang to check a few days later, my details weren't even on the system. So I emailed, and they replied at 1am with a blank email, saying kind regards????
Has anyone else had problems with Tommee Tippee??

No problems with TT as I don't use them. However I can say that I've got NUK bottles that have been Milton sterilised for just as long and all the printing on them is still perfectly clear.

Have since had an email saying there was a faulty batch of bottles and it has nothing to do with Milton. They are going to give me a refund. Thanks mrsmalcolmreynolds
