Is this schedule ok?

DD2 is nearly 9mo, eating some food and mainly bf. I want to move to ff but we don't really have a schedule so am finding it hard to replace feeds. Does this look ok to start with? Will she be getting enough milk and food?

Wake up - bf
Breakfast
Nap
Formula
Lunch
Nap
Bf just after
Formula mid afternoon
Nap
Dinner
Bf and bed
Bf 10.30
(She also wakes up at least once more and I bf her but am hoping that will stop)

I give her snacks as well when I have something. Any suggestions welcome as am struggling. I will gradually replace the bf with ff or cut it out and replace with food so she ends up with milk a couple of times a day and before bed - is that ok?

Hi Quim, my little one is 11 months. We transitioned from BF for FF around 9 months. That schedule you've outlined is pretty much exactly what ours looked like at that point. The 2 x formula feeds in the day were small ones (around 4oz each) and it became apparent quite quickly that she wasn't fussed on the morning on so that got dropped as did the afternoon bf, and both replaced with a 7-8oz ff.
But to me that looks like a good place for you to start. I'm sure she'll let u know of she's happy with it or not Grin
