Lansinoh alternatives

Dd is getting her second top tooth at the moment and latch is suffering as a result, she is also biting quite a lot I have dug out the Lansinoh but expiriy on the sachet is 02/2013. Sachet is still sealed

Is there anything else I can use that I might have lying around? Or would it be okay to use the sachet? Dd is 9m and from what I remember with dd 1 it will be a few days then back to normal so I don't really want to buy a whole tube for a tiny amount, plus I would have to wait until tomorrow anyway.

I tried a few other creams and alternatives before I got to Lansinoh and they just didn't compare..lansinoh is the best! I personally would just use the sachet or if you've got a sainsburys near you the tubes are on offer at £6

I use earth mama angel baby nipple butter. Works well.
