I have had the contraceptive implant fitted and am having some bleeding as a result. I'm concerned about my milk supply being affected - ds seems to be getting less (judged by effort at sucking vs number of swallows) and is seeming frustrated. I'd read that supply can drop during periods so wondered if this was the same and what I can do about it? Thanks!
