Mixing expressed milk.

What I mean is, can I put two pots of expressed milk together to make up one bottle? The milk was expressed at the same sitting but off both boobs.

Yes, as long as has been refrigerated/frozen and all that, totally fine :). The whole foremilk/hindmilk thing isn't considered quite as simple as that any more.

I used to get 2-3 oz per express session when I could be arsed and stash em in the freezer. I'd combine quantities to make up a full feed regularly and never felt I was wasting any that way either.
