How long to feed on each side

How often are we meant to change from one breast to another? I worry if I change too early my baby won't get the hind milk. How long do you feed on each breast??

I also don't want to feed too long on one side because I need to drain the other breast as I'm worried that I have what might be the beginning of mastitis.
How can I keep the balance?
Any help is appreciated .
Baby is 2weeks old.

Current thinking is that the fore/hindmilk thing is outdated and it's best to follow the baby's cues as they will get the milk one way or another.

If you've got a blockage forming on one side you really want to feed as much as possible on that side.

At 2 weeks a lot of babies will only want one side per feed which is fine. Just feed until they come off, offer the other side but don't worry if they don't take it.

Just swap every time your baby comes off/falls asleep/starts fussing on that side. You can go back to the first side again after the second.

I just want to echo everything that Bertie said. There's no need to time feeds and no need to insist on feeding from both sides at each feed.

Thanks so much !
