Tingling/pins and needles when dropping feeds?

I've posted about this in general health but have just done some more digging...

DS is BF and is 10m. Over the last six weeks I've cut his feeds from 6/7 a day to 3/4. So quite a lot. I've also started developing pins and needles in my fingers and toes (it comes and goes).

I know that this could be caused by a million and one things, but I've just stumbled across some articles which suggest that oestrogen fluctuations can cause this tingling feeling (the articles relate specifically to menopause). My cycles are definitely trying to come back (am having regular but very very light periods) so my hormones are probably all over the shop.

Has anyone had this? Is cutting down the feeds / playing with my hormone levels a possible cause of this pins and needles?
