Can upset stomach affect supply?

I've got the runs. This morning my boobs were full as usual, but haven't felt full since. DD (13 weeks) is fussing, seems frustrated, and hasn't settled to her usual feed-to-sleep marathon. Could my dodgy tummy have led to a reduced supply, and if so, what can I do about it? I'm drinking loads of water and feeding as much as possible.

It can do sometimes but you are doing the right things. Feeding more will boost your supply. Only takes a day or so to get back.

Your supply does regulate around now so they may not seem as full and softer but this is the new normal. Milks still there though.

All fine today, thanks. I worry too much. DD's my first, and she was small, early and jaundiced at first, so it doesn't take much to get me into a flap about feeding! Thanks for your support.
