Delightful!

Trying very hard, but with milk gushing everywhere it does get onto clothes etc and I can't get changed all the time, just too much washing!

god I hope not

have you bresat pads?

emkana · 20/07/2006 21:05

I do, but ds is fond of starting to feed then letting go, so that let-down has started and milk literally shoots out.

I try to catch it with a muslin square, not always successful.

Oh dear, feel now!

Aww don't be embarrassed emkana.

Dh had to point out that I was dripping profusely yesterday when ds had started a feed but then stopped and came off because he spotted his daddy had come home. Ds being 9 months I thought I was past all that sort of thing. Apparently not!

i spent a few days convinced that there was something rotting somewhere in the house. I even accused a friend I had staying of having stinky feet, this was before I realised that it was my own sour milk stench. I felt very embarrased when I realised, I'm glad I'm not alone!

ooh I wondered what the funny smell was I use pads as well, I didn't think I leaked much anymore - best go back to the shell then so embaressing.

babygiraffe · 28/07/2006 20:48

ps . I've been changing my top twice a day since and am very clean and generally smell nice, which is why I didn't think it was me.

babygiraffe · 28/07/2006 20:50

I know what you mean Munz, Have been breastfeeding for months with no such problem, didn't think hot weather would have such an unwanted effect.

lol god it's embaressing! lol. definate shells/fresh pad evey fed now then lol.

maybe we should get resuable pads and put lavender on them or something to make them smell a bit fresher as well as shells?? would that work?
