How exactly do I put an end to night feeds?

Do I just go cold-turkey?

What do I do if she wakes?

How do I get her back to sleep without waking 3yo dd1 who sleeps in the bunk underneath?

I'm very sleep-deprived and very desperate

Dd is 13mo.

We did something like this with DS1, it's a very softly softly approach to cutting them out. There was still a bit of squawking and it involved a lot of daddy settling, but after a week or so he just stopped waking up so much.
