Stress and a slow let down

When I'm stressed or anxious my milk just won't let down. With my ds sucking or hand expressing.
I have to go through a process of breathing and visualisations and then it will usually come.

Wondering if this is just me and if anyone has any tried and tested tips to stop this happening.

Thanks

I don't have this problem due to stress but I do have problem when exhausted tired.

However I know it is a problem some people face. You might find this article of interest:
