Bloody wind!

My dd is now 5 months and still suffers terrible with wind! She is on special milk due to intolerance, has ranitidine, gaviscon and bottles of gripe water but nothing seems to work! When she gets wind she will scream inconsolably until she burps, she only manages 3-4 oz each feed before it starts...any tips on how to help? I feel so helpless and I'm sure she is hungry just can't get her milk down Hmm

you have my sympathies- I only just fond out that wind was probably behind a lot of DDs feeding problems. One of the nurses showed me to sit her up on my knee and slowly vibrate it- apparently that can help where back patting and rubbing hasn't.

It's so frustrating. Sometime i just wish she would burp because she would feel so much better! I can hear her milk hitting wind when she feeds. I will try your tip..I would try anything to help!
