Just been prescribed this from nurse practitioner and some cream...forgot to mention I'm breastfeeding...picking prescription up in a few hours so will check with pharmacist but just wondering f any1 has tken this or no if it's safe thanks Smile

Yup, safe for BF, it's the standard antibiotic prescribed for mastitis.

It can also turn baby's poo green, so don't worry if there is a change in poo colour.

My doc actually prescribed it for my 3month old dd, for infected eczema, so I guess it's safe for babies
