Melon boobs ...help !

My 10 month old has suddenly refused the breast, my boobs are like melons!! Tried expressing but nothing coming out. Help ??

Cold flannels helped me last time,have you tried expressing by hand or pump - by hand in the shower may be easier.

Savoy cabbage leaves from the fridge. :)
