Yes. It can also be thirst masquerading as hunger so make sure you have plenty to drink. Then break open the biscuits :)

For the first few weeks, I hardly let an hour go by without eating something. And I gained some weight but so what, I couldn't have got the exhaustion without eating! Eat whatever you like and don't feel guilty - what better excuse could there be?
And you've reminded me - need to get off MN and go to Slimming World!

I was a total savage for food in the early days with both DSs. Frequently had two breakfasts and two lunches, plus large bars of chocolate. And you may be pleasantly surprised, I still lost weight while eating enormously.

What I save on formula will spend on food !

I have never had a sweet tooth but am currently consuming vast amounts of biscuits and cake and adding sugar to tea. Am losing weight though - love the breastfeeding diet!

See, I'm putting weight on. Am combo feeding buy 80-90% of feed is bm.
6 LBS on over 14 weeks! Midwife seeming to convince me that I was too small to begin with and that your body holds onto a certain amount of fat when feeding.

Plus my hooters are like Dolly's been though I'm a size 10 :)
