4MO weaning bf to ff - help!

I am desperately trying to (very slowly) wean my 4MO onto ff after hideous breast abscess nightmare! I have started to introduce a bottle of EBM in the middle of the day, which was outright refused at first (!), but now DD takes the bottle (has to be very warm). BUT she is only having on average 80ml, then about an hour later is crying for a feed. I'm worried that if I drop another feed she will not be getting enough from the bottle and will be permanently attached to the boob for the rest of the day/eve, which slightly defeats the point, let alone start to introduce formula.

Any help/guidance appreciated!! How can I get her to take more from a bottle feed?

:(

Maybe now is the time to go along with her 80 ml an hour thing....just offer more formula when she seems to need it.

Have you tried formula in the bottle or only ebm? Might she accept formula, if you're ready to offer?

Hmm mixed response to formula so far. I was sticking with ebm to get her used to the bottle, but may try formula next!
