we are off to (Protaras) Cyprus soon- taking a 7 month old.What water should be used to make up the formula feeds- boiled bottled mineral water / or is it safe to use boiled tap water ?

Boiled tap water is generally better, as mineral water can have higher levels of minerals that are not so good for the baby - eg sodium, but others too.

You can buy bottled baby water in the shops. Nobody we know uses the tap water ( even cypriots we know don't use it). Or you could try boiled water from the fountains on side of road, but you need a container for this, it is 50cents everytime you fill up. The bottled baby water is a couple of cypriot pounds.
