Having a bit of a freak outConfused just noticed in my right breast I can feel lots of small lumps, mainly quite far back near to my chest/armpit. No idea if they've always been there or they're new or anything to worry about! I am ebf my 14week old ds! Unsure wether I'm suppose to be worried or not! Ideas any1!?? Left breast feels fine!! Tia

Happens to me sometimes, feed baby from that breast next and try and massage where the lumps are. Also try facing baby the opposite way to feed. I put my baby's legs under my arm. Can't remember what the official name is x

Prob full milk ducts. I get that in my righty as i dont feed from it as often. If u do what previous post said it should fix it.

I think its called a football hold.
